The prices shown on our website are shown in GB pounds (GBP / £ / Sterling) and include UK tax (VAT - Value Added Tax).
The Prendas Ciclismo website uses a standard currency of Great British Pounds (GBP / £). You can view our prices and pay in eight different local currencies if you live outside the UK.
Prendas Ciclismo accepts Visa Debit/Electron, Mastercard, and Maestro cards as well as American Express/Amex.
If checking out on an Apple or Android device we now accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.
And of course you can also checkout with PayPal which appears next to the other payment options (Visa, Mastercard, etc) during the checkout process. All payments will be debited on debit/credit cards to Prendas Ciclismo at the time of ordering.
Under no circumstances do Prendas Ciclismo accept cheque, cash or postal orders.

We do not use Royal Mail for International orders. As an international customer you will see that your country location and currency is automatically selected at the start of the order process to ensure accurate charges are applied at checkout. All international orders are shipped from UK using a standard or DHL express service chosen by the customer. Tax and duty charges to international addresses are displayed at checkout and paid by the customer to avoid in-country doorstep charges.

Prices for postage and packing can be viewed above or in the shopping basket before placing an order.
Orders may be cancelled/amended in part or whole at any time prior to dispatch.
Our stock levels are "live" so if it's available to add to your cart/basket then it's in stock and ready to ship immediately. We endeavour to keep all stock levels as accurate as humanly possible but sometimes items are missing or sold out. This is rare but can happen and Prendas will contact you via email or telephone if there are any missing items or problems with your order.
Should you decide to cancel your order after it has been sent within 7 days of date of receipt, you may return the order for a full refund less return carriage costs. We do not charge a cancellation or re-stocking fee.
As our orders are usually processed and dispatched within a few hours of receipt we strongly recommend cancellation/amendment notice is given to us as soon as possible. Please give as much information as possible, for example, your order number, name, address and a contact telephone number if we have any queries.
