COVID-19 Status

This is our COVID-19 status page to see details of shipping delays, product availability, support and other measures we're taking here at Prendas Ciclismo.

Status

Online orders are being processed as normal.

Exchanges/Refunds are being processed as normal.

Couriers/postal services are slower to deliver than usual.

In-person pickups are currently not available.

Shipping

Prendas Ciclismo is well-known for our rapid dispatch and we are keen to keep this reputation during COVID-19. 

However, we are not miracle workers so we'd ask you to be realistic, and if don't ship your order the same day, we'll prioritise it the next working day.  This is particularly relevent the first working day after a public holiday.

United Kingdom

Royal Mail - numerous delays reported (see details). Standard, non-tracked shipments are often taking up to 10 additional days to deliver,  We have updated our checkout to reflect current delivery aims.

Tracked 48 (orders over £20), Tracked 24 (orders over £40) and Special Delivery are seeing less delays, but are still susceptible to delays when big influxes of parcels enter the network.

Worldwide destinations

Royal Mail - Due to reduced air shipping capacity many shipments will see delays (see details). Please take this into account when placing your orde, if it is in any way urgent, please select DHL during checkout.

Product Availability

If the product that you require is not showing as in-stock, please consult our Coming Soon/Reordered page.

This page allow you to see all new products that are coming soon as well as popular exiting products that are re-ordered that have a firm delivery date.

The Warehouse

We cannot allow access to any members of the public without exception.

This measure only affects a very small minority of our (local) customers but will keep medically vulnerable members of staff safe.

We've reduced our staff to a skeleton crew to minimise any potential transmission at work, we strictly observe social distancing plus we also wipe down surfaces at the end of every shift.
