Hi David - Sorry it took a while. At the time you placed your order, we were undertaking an enormous stock re-location - this was advertised on our website.
Standard shipping to Australia can take as long as 14 days at times, and we're at the mercy of our International Shipping agent. We do have an Express option at checkout however, which from experience will get stuff down under within 2 or 3 days using DHL Express.
Other than our logistical one-off issues, we'd love to actually hear about the products :-)
