I have always been a big fan of the Euskaltel-Euskadi team since it's creation in 1993(first season in '94) until it folded in 2013. When the team "came back alive" a couple of years ago, I wanted to have the new kit, since I am not afraid of the "rules" which say that weekend warriors shouldn't wear pro team kit. Thanks to Prendas I have been able to stay "up-to-date" with the last two years of the Fundaciòn Euskadi kit. I wore these new bib shorts the other day for a four-hour ride near Rieti, Italy, and it was everything I wanted in a pair of bib shorts: smart-looking, tight-fitting but not excessively, very comfortable in the stifling Italian heat, great seat pad, perfect bib straps, the right leg lenght. Very good value for money. It has a great placebo effect since this kit makes me feel like I am going faster than I really am. Add to this the Orbea aluminum frame in Euskaltel-Euskadi colors(circa 2002 or so, thanks to Mick T.), and I have a winning combination. I am always happy to support my favorite cycling team in any way possible. What more can you say? I can always depend on Prendas for the latest and greatest in kit and service. Without a doubt they are second to none.
