We have created these il Grande blue cotton caps for people with head circumferences larger than 58cm.
They all feature the same design, just in four different colours.
Features:

andy philps As a cap, it is very good, but as an "il Grande" cap I would have preferred it to be larger still. By my anecdotal experience it is only slightly bigger than the "one size fits all", ubiquitous caps and it was tight on my head. In fact I bought two caps in a BOGOF and only one is wearable by me: the other is too small due to manufacturing tolerances but it fits my "normally-head-sized" wife perfectly.
