A breakdown of the services offered within the UK are listed below (scroll down for International orders) and include information on what service may be used by Prendas to ship your order and other details to take into account when ordering. Please read carefully before placing an order. If you have a question about your delivery or are wondering which service was used or if your parcel has tracking available it's very likely that you will find the answer on this page.

UK Delivery Info

Shipping Costs:

  • Standard UK Shipping £4.00

Orders under £49.99

Orders under £49.99 are automatically sent Royal Mail® 48.

Orders over £49.99

Orders over £49.99 are automatically upgraded to Royal Mail® Tracked 48 free of charge.  This provides peace of mind with end to end tracking.
The delivery aim is either 24 or 48 working hours but it’s not guaranteed.

Tracked 48 and 24 don’t require a signature on delivery, so specify a safe place if you’re not going to be home. Make sure to also provide Prendas with a mobile number and Royal Mail will provide SMS updates on the progress of your package.


Tracking numbers

Please note if your order is sent via the standard 24 or 48 (1st or 2nd class) services you will receive a Royal Mail reference number in your despatch/shipping confirmation starting with “ZZZ”. THIS IS NOT A TRACKING NUMBER. It’s used for the QR code included on all 48/24 packages and sometimes may be used to provide a delivery confirmation visible at www.royalmail.com/track-your-item Please keep this in mind before emailing us wondering why the tracking number for a cap or one pair of socks isn’t working. If we were to send low cost items via a service with end to end tracking free of charge our margin on that product will be depleted.

For all other services such as Tracked 48 and Tracked 24 you will receive a tracking number in your despatch confirmation/email. Tracking numbers will be active around 4 hours after parcels are collected.


What to do if your order doesn’t arrive in the specified time.

Prendas have been using the Royal Mail to deliver our packages since the company started in 1996. They still offer an exceptional service but certainly aren’t always perfect. Orders can be delayed for various reasons or even lost altogether. If you suspect your order has been delayed or lost then please contact Prendas ASAP so we can resolve the problem for you.

If your order is lost we may send a replacement or offer to refund the order if a replacement isn’t available. Our customer service certainly doesn’t end after we ship a parcel and Prendas appreciates all chances to fix and resolve a problem if something goes wrong. So please make sure to get in touch before leaving a poor review for instance.

Royal Mail® 48

  • Used for orders under £30
  • 2-3 working days aim for delivery (but can sometimes take up to 4-5 days)
  • No tracking available
  • Safe place not available

    Royal Mail® Tracked 48

    • Used on orders over £30
    • Available on all orders for an additional £1.99
    • End to end tracking available
    • SMS updates available if a mobile number is provided
    • Safe place available at the checkout (22 character maximum)
    • Not a guaranteed 2-3 day service

      International Delivery Info 

      Please select your country location at the start of the order process to ensure accurate charges are applied at checkout. All international orders are shipped from UK using a standard or express service chosen by the customer. Tax and duty charges to international addresses are displayed at checkout and paid by the customer to avoid in-country doorstep charges.

      End to end tracking is now available for nearly all destinations and territories that Prendas ship to. Most of these territories and countries will use a tracked service that doesn’t require a signature on delivery. Some countries however have restricted services or may require a signature on delivery. The service available for your country will be visible at the checkout. 


      Of course there are situations where parcels do go missing. When this occurs make sure to get in touch via email if you suspect this to be the case.
