The Christmas festive period is upon us and we want to help you have a wonderful shopping experience - just like our regular customers - when buying anything from Prendas Ciclismo.
To help answer the numerous questions that we get asked every year, we've put together a single guide on everything you need to know so that you can shop with confidence.

Although we use Royal Mail 48 (Second Class) for orders under £10, as it gets closer to Christmas, we tend to use this service less often opting for faster services.
Europe & Rest of World
We offer free international shipping if your order is over £80.
The following dates are the last recommended and are by no means guaranteed. Some overseas postal authorities (Australia in particular) are overwhelmed and delays are inevitable.
A big change from last Christmas is we now offer a faster, expedited shipping service using DHL to the majority of worldwide destinations with rates ranging between £9.99 and £24.99 depending on your location which is displayed on checkout if it is possible. Further information is available here.
We endeavour to stock everything advertised at all times with availability on the website up to date. We dispatch daily and will do so right up until Monday 23rd December if there is a problem we will let you know via email.
If you order has been sent using a tracked service - we will send it to you on the shipment email. You can also find the relevant company (Royal Mail, DHL, etc) and tracking number by finding your order under your account.

If you do phone up for advice, please don't be alarmed if we recommend a bigger size. As virtually everything that we sell is made in Europe, the sizes are SMALLER than what you would expect from UK/US/AUD high street sizes.

Extended Returns Policy: Every year we extend our returns deadline for that extra piece of confidence when buying Christmas gifts. If you do need to exchange an item bought between the 1st November and the 23rd December you will have until Friday 22nd January to return it to us.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot refund items after 60 days of receipt of payment, please consider this when placing your order.

We have Prendas Gift Vouchers in a variety of denominations that can easily be redeemed online or over the telephone quoting the unique voucher codes. They are automatically sent out to you - we do not need to be in the office for you to receive them by email - so ordering them on 24th December at 23:59 is ok!
Whilst you are most welcome to place an order on our website in-between turkey, mince pies and unwrapping gifts, the people behind it could well be doing the same!
