Returns and Refunds

Please Note: From 6th July 2009 Prendas Ciclismo will no longer accept any returns without a correctly filled in returns form.

For either a return or a refund, all goods must be in original condition and returned with full packaging including bags, tags and any documentation.

Returns
From the 1st July 2009, we are delighted to be able to provide your with a returns form.

If you have your original email order confirmation, click on the tracking link to pre-fill all the information.

We offer Customers the chance to exchange goods that are the wrong size and/or colour. We are very happy to do this, but there are a few guidelines that we ask you to follow.

Firstly, please ensure the items are sent back in suitable packaging. Also please ensure adequate postage is paid on an item as if we are charged by the post office - we will have to pass this cost onto you the customer.

If you are sending a package back from outside the UK or European Union, you will need to fill in a customs declaration form (CN22). As you are sending goods back to us we ask you to fill in the description as "Cycle Clothing - Goods for Exchange" and write the items down as zero value. This is completely legal and will avoid import duties. If you incorrectly fill in the CN22 and we are requested to pay a charge, we will simply refuse your returned items.

Refunds
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in its original condition along with full packaging and receipt within 30 days for a refund.

Only the cost of the goods will be refunded. If your order was despatched post free - we will deduct £2.95 to cover our initial carriage cost. You will have to pay the return carriage costs to us.

Credit card refunds will be made on the day we receive the goods back and providing we are satisfied that the goods are in an acceptable condition.

Book, Magazine and DVD Refunds
We are unable to refund magazines or books without exception. We are only able to refund a DVD purchase if the DVD is still in its original shrink wrapping. Please do not ask us to refund or exchange the books, magazines or DVDs that you have purchased from us - if you are unsure, simply do not order.
