Postage and Delivery

Postage and Packing:
Prices for postage and packing can be viewed on the shopping basket before placing an order.

Invoices and Paperwork:
In order to save paper, time and to limit personal information being sent out, Prendas Ciclismo do not send out any accompanying paperwork. All information is supplied via email from us and our payment partner SagePay.

UK Customers
All items are now sent post free in the UK unless you choose to purchase a superior service on our shopping cart.

Overseas Customers
For customers outside of the UK, your item is sent via Airmail and the postage is calculated on the weight of your order.

If your order is over a certain value, then your order will be upgraded and sent via "International Signed For" at no extra charge to yourself.

In Europe and the Rest of the World, we have standard and premium destinations. This is due to certain countries postal systems being unreliable. In this case, your order is sent via an upgraded service.

Please note that the following minimum prices apply:
Europe: £2.95
Rest of the World: £3.95

Delivery:
All UK orders are posted the same day if placed before 4pm. We send out all orders first class so these orders should arrive the next day. Generally, orders over £100 will be sent using the Royal Mail "Signed For" or Royal Mail "Special Delivery" service depending on their value.

For other countries, we deliver using Royal Mail Airmail. They aim to deliver within 5 to 7 working days to Europe and 7 to 15 working days outside Europe. It should be noted that these are targets, and it is not a courier service so if you need items for a certain date, please order in good time.

Will I have to pay any Customs/Import charges in my country:
There are no import/export duties on goods shipped within the European Union. All goods shipped to EU countries already have the relevant VAT included.

Shipments sent outside the European Union are sold exclusive of VAT (ie TAX FREE) and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. For details of Customs charges please consult your own Customs authorities for the latest rates.

Any charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances.
