With this pair of bib tights, we have tried to create a pair of bib tights that offers great comfort and great value in one package.
Working in conjunction with respected Italian manufacturer GSG, we have used Carvico's Vuelta fabric which is a technical two-way stretch fabric (85% Polyamide, 15% Elastane) with a fleecy-inner that is especially soft.
At the heart of the garment is La Fonte's excellent Rekord Carbon insert. The pad is a combination of advanced foams, fabrics and technologies which provide excellent protection where necessary thanks to multi-thickness, high-density foam inserts placed at key pressure points. With a four-way stretch microfibre in touch with your skin, it also benefits from an exclusive shock-absorbing system to provide maximum protection and shock absorption.
La Fonte may not be as well known as the other seat pad manufacturers, but the quality and performance of their pads was recently tested with a variety of impact and shock absorption tests at the University of Milano. Along with pads from Assos, Cytech and TMF the La Fonte pads were consistently performing as well and sometimes ahead of the competition.
